Reserving a car in stock
Inspection cancellation: Full refund of deposit if the vehicle fails pre-delivery inspection or deviates from published specifications.
Holding deposit: Holds the car for up to 72 hours while balance transfer is arranged.
Ordering an import
Before factory order: 100% refundable before the import partner locks the factory production contract.
Delivery delay: If transit exceeds agreed timeline by over 4 weeks without sea force majeure, buyer can cancel with full refund.
Home wallbox & installation
Site survey guarantee: If survey reveals inadequate electrical capacity or unviable cabling, get a full refund less standard survey fee.
Hardware warranty: All chargers carry a minimum 12-month replacement warranty against manufacturing faults.
Mechanic & diagnostic visits
Up to 24 hours before: 100% free cancellation with instant slot rebooking or direct refund.
No unapproved repairs: Work is strictly limited to your approved digital diagnostic quote. Unapproved extras cannot be billed.
Peer-to-peer EV rentals
Up to 48 hours before: Free cancellation and complete refund of reservation fees.
Caution deposit return: Refundable security deposit is returned within 48 hours of vehicle return inspection.
